New federal draw invites 3,900 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence

IRCC issued new invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence on September 19.

A total of 3,900 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence went out to candidates in the federal Express Entry pool on October 3. The minimum score required was 445.
